SILVER PLATING COATING
GDATECK's Electroless Silver Plating Coating metallize the object through chemical reduction. Through special spray design, the silver ion can be reduced to silver on the object surface in the short time.
Spray type electroless plating has several advantages versus electroplating. No dimension and geometry limited, no flux density and power supply issue, spray type electroless plating can metalize non-conductive substrate through a proper catalyst, chemical, and equipment.
GDATECK's Electroless Silver Plating Coating can be used to metallize different substrate, such as plastic, wood, and leather. High throughput and low cost can be achieved through GDATECK's Electroless Silver Plating Coating.



Silver plating can not only perform metalize decoration on the spray object surface but also perform good EMI shielding effect. Therefore, silver plating can be applied on electrical devices to achieve good EMI shielding.

Silver plating coating process including cleaning, sensitization, silver plating, and passivization.
The above video, we demonstrate silver plating on the plastic bottle. In the first stage, the object surface was cleaned. In the second stage, silver plating was realized by special design spray gun. Then, we used water to clean the plating surface and passivization the plating surface in the third stage. In the final stage, the surface was dry by an air gun.
As the video shows, the plastic bottle can be plated to get the bright silver surface in the short time. Combining the different color top-coating, different metalization color design can be achieved.
